For those who are very
concerned about their (and their loved ones) physical health, (which covers
pretty much everyone):
Wherever you are in relation
to the COV19 pandemic, as nature is doing its thing, and the medical/scientific
global body is trying to find a vaccine, cultivate calmness.
If you believe that something
is good for your health (supplements, foods, beverages) take it, if only for
the placebo effect.
Move your body; exercise a bit
daily.
Expose your mind to positive
information.
Learn something new.
Do activities that make you
feel happy.
If you are fortunate to be
with your loved ones, hug them often.
If you are fortunate to be
with a partner, cuddle, hug, be affectionate.
If you can, eat fruits,
veggies, legumes, nuts.
Drink lemon water in the
morning. Drink ginger water.
If you have a juicer drink
celery juice, and other beverages that can help your immunity.
Add a deep breathing practice
to your daily routine.
Don't spend too much time
listening and watching programs that focus on the negatives.
If you are spiritual, or
religious, pray for healing for the whole world.
If you believe in a higher
power, a god, a goddess, put faith in That, and surrender your worries and
fears to Him/Her/It).
The less agitated your mind
and emotions are, the more your immune system will be able to do its work
properly.
ps: Within the manifested
realm of incarnated forms, every encountered virus, illness, accident and
calamity is comes to bring balance to a system that is out of balance.
