This constellation symbolizes
the direction, the path and process related to spiritual awakening.
Ophiuchus, the snake bearer,
is represented in certain traditions as a being holding two serpents, and in
others one serpent.
Ophiuchus to me is linked to
the spiritual beliefs of ancient Matriarchal cultures, (i.e. the Minoan,
India's pre-vedic shamanic traditions and all the following Shiva Shakti
schools of spirituality).
It is a large constellation
that is flanked by the constellations of Sagittarius, Scorpio, Bootes,
Hercules, Aquila and Cygnus.
Currently, (for those of you
who live on the northern hemisphere, it reaches the space right above our
heads, near dawn and sunrise time.
Forms dancing and shape-shifting
through time and space is what all of it is.
Every state of consciousness,
every sentient entity, every light being, every ancestor, every spirit guide I
encounter along the ascending journey to Source, knows that it only has a
portion of understanding, a limited perspective of what it is all about.
The closer I get to source,
the less personal the stories become, and the more duality dissolves.
At the boundary between the
Complete, All-ness, Eternal, Infinite and its process of creation, all forms,
all dimensions of time, all expressions of karma and dharma are no more.
I feel a great yearning, a
visceral attraction to cross this threshold of bliss, perfection, and silence.
But not yet. This is where the
ascending journey stops for me. Any further, and I'm no more this 'I' that
breathes, walks, perceives, writes, desires, etc.
Not yet, I hear. Not yet.
Patience. All in due time.
And the descent begins again.
May we all be One with our
bliss.
